CQN Stress Labs Engineering and Operations (SEO) Industrial Engineers are responsible for a broad scope of work across the SEO organization and core stakeholder groups outside of SEO.
The successful Planning Industrial Engineering student is self-motivated, utilizes Lean thinking and tools to streamline and standardize business processes, demonstrates solid project management skills, and possesses excellent communication skills.
The individual will analyze data, derive clear recommendations from data and observations and present them in an effective manner to diverse stakeholder groups.
The individual will thrive working in a collaborative and multi-cultural team environment.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- University Student in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering or related field (willing to remain at least two years as active student).
- Advanced English Level.
- Experience working with Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools, data extraction, analysis and visualization techniques.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Lean Principles to conduct direct observations, improve processes and flows, and eliminate wastes/inefficiencies.
- Advanced SharePoint knowledge including Power Automate and custom forms.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly desired.
- Experience with semi-conductor fab and/or assembly/test tool sets and manufacturing flows is a plus.
- Experience developing code and/or scripts in a structured approach.
- Effectively utilize logic, data, and reason to develop alternative solutions, implementation strategies and monitor outcome performance to ensure desired results are achieved (Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle).
- Experience with ISO9001 requirements and auditing is a strong plus.
