**Job Function Summary**:
Verify, analyze, and control the information generated in the planning and intermediate construction areas of the different machines that impact performance. Analyze and control the correct scheduling of work orders handling of raw materials in the production area and their inventories.
**Main areas of responsibility**:
Participation in daily production meetings where shift information, quarantine area, rejects, product changeovers (cleaning and returns) are reviewed.
Checking and verification of finished or semi-finished WOs (WOs in status 45 and status 90).
Review with Accounting closed orders in status 95, which need adjustment.
Performing E1 reports.
Follow-up of negative transactions, i.e. deficiencies.
Verify with the quality department, follow up of unnecessary locations.
Handling of rejects without opening NC.Daily verification of production WIPs with respect to materials, corrections within the E1 system, if necessary.
Recording and handling of materials with expiration date, validated with the planner.
Clarification of basic materials not properly identified (mix).
Material adjustments or financial changes
Daily/monthly/annual inventory taking.
Adjustment and audits of inventories.
Coordination with planning operators and follow up of functions.
Weekly meetings with planning operators, assistant planners and planners for production order management.
Contact with warehouse Shift Coordinators for material shortages.
Improvement and corrective recommendation on inventory, order management.
Knows the rules and follows them, shows good example.
Will perform all duties instructed by immediate superior, Manager, Production Manager or Executive Manager, unless such instruction violates applicable law or corporate regulations.
**Essential Requirements**:
Secondary school/high school
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
**Prefer Requirements**:
Technician in Production, Quality Management or relevant field
Training in Lean Manufacturing and its tools 6's, Kaisen, etc).
Basic level of English (A2 60%-70%) (Desirable
