Here, you'll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**About the Role**:The Sr. Supply Chain Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling the demand planning activities required to meet customer needs, marketing requirements, and meet service level objectives. They will support, monitor, and maintain finished goods inventory levels and system integrity. This person will possess the skills and aptitude required to plan multiple product lines, provide cross-functional supply chain support, and facilitate the SI&OP process. This person will demonstrate a high-level of analytical and decision-making skills and can work autonomously.**Your responsibilities include**:1) Demand Planning/Scheduling- Review and maintain statistically generated forecasts with GSCM and Marketing.- Review replenishment targets and approve changes, noting input elements resulting in change- Work with Global Marketing, International Demand Planning, and Country Operations groups to identify all known demand sources (customer orders, scheduling agreements, distributor shipment, consignment, etc.)- Process improvement: working across functions to improve current processes that drive increased service levels, reduced inventory, and efficient internal processes.2) New Product Launch Management- Primary Core Team Member for Supply Chain on New Product Development Teams.- Develop launch plans, including forecasts, inventory targets, cannibalization plans, and introduction schedules through collaboration with key stake holders.3) Inventory Management- Contribute to the development of inventory plans- Establish inventory targets- Monitor inventory performance to plan and targets- Management of expired, excess and obsolescence reserves- Allocate inventory to regions in short supply situations4) Supply Chain Execution- Support daily/weekly/monthly planning processes- Maintain global forecasts (Marketing Handshake)- Manage net requirements- Monitor manufacturing execution (Manufacturing Handshake)- Provide inventory analysis- Proactively manage backorders5) Drive SI&OP Process6) Achieve Performance Metrics- Service Level/Backorder- Forecast Accuracy- Inventory- Finished Goods Scrap**Required Qualifications**:- Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, or related field/equivalent work experience- 5+ years' experience in demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing planning or inventory control functions- Very strong skills utilizing software programs as Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint- Strong communication skills with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization- Self-motivated independent worker- Performs to a high level of accuracy in all tasks- Highly adaptable, flexible, and willing to accept new ideas, processes, and procedures- Strong analytical problem-solving skills- Detail oriented and organized- Working knowledge of DRP, MPS, and MRP- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience**Requisition ID**:532759**Job Segment**:Supply Chain, Medical, Supply, Engineer, Supply Planner, Operations, Healthcare, Engineering
