**Requisitos**:
1. Bachiller en Administración de Empresas, industrial o afin,
2. Experiência previa en atención al cliente, preferentemente en un entorno de llamadas o chat en línea. De manera internacional
3. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
4. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un ambiente de ritmo rápido.
5. Flexibilidad de horarios.
6. Conocimientos en el manejo de software de oficina, documentos y correo electrónico.
7. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y resolver problemas de manera efectiva
8. Nível de Excel intermedio
9. Nível de inglés avanzado
10.Conocimiento base en trámites de importación/exportación.
