The FRSS Pit Crew is the talent development and capacity management program, which enables organizational agility through end-to-end process management, while building the fungible talent pipeline that accelerates CSS digital transformation
The Pit Crew manager partners with Regional Process Leads and functional managers to drive optimal capacity allocation of the Pit Crew team, ensuring quality & control of the processes and identifying process improvement opportunities, in partnership with the broader S&E&R organization.
The Pit Crew manager is the direct manager of a team of FRSS analysts, in charge of the recruitment, talent management and talent development.
**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Supervisory responsibilities for a team of Analysts & Sr. Analysts, managing relationship with internal stakeholders, and identifying development opportunities for the team including training needs for each position as well as talent development.
- Analyze and manage team capacity and utilization trends in each process area, suggest improvements through cross trainings & build back ups
- Ensures a strong process control through regular review of entitlement, roles and responsibilities, individual capacity, along with learning and development opportunities.
- Contributes to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise; drive & encourage process improvements & change management within own processes
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Eight (8) years of previous experience in finance processes is required with time spent as operational manager.
- English proficiency is a must
- An understanding of Citi's Shared Services and Finance function.
Understanding of the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across Businesses and Functions.
- Experience in project management and process improvement will be highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to structure logical analysis in presentations
