**About the job**

We are an established company financial services company.

We are looking for an experienced person of 3-5 years for phone advisory in the following areas:
1. Asset-based Investments

2. Providing Capital

Your role would to be qualify our leads, ask right questions, document it in the CRM, so our Sales Manager can understand it, and guide you. Your growth with the company, and your remuneration highly depends on your closing deals - not just spending time servicing deals!
- You will be working European hours for several hours in the daytime.
- Also at the same time you will be working in the United States Central Time Zone for several hours.
- In short, your workday will be broken up in 3-4 hours in daytime. And 3-4 hours in the nighttime.
- This job is Monday-Saturday. Your performance grows your bank balance!

**Your Knowledge Level**
- You are expected to have a fast learning curve in financial and investment products.
- If you have worked in Mortgage Sales, Real Estate Sales, Other Investment Product Sales you will be a better fit than someone who has no idea of this type of work.
- Follow-ups are huge part of the process.
- Detailed documentation at every stage of the call is also very essential.
- Tracking issues is most essential.
- Troubleshooting Customer Issues.
- Maintaining records is absolutely a must via the CRM. No spelling errors, no wrong numbers, no errors of any kind.
- Put items in the Weekly (the Management Roundtable Meeting) for improvement, learnings from the week, where we did well, and where we went wrong - is essential part of the job.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close.

**Required Skill**
- Someone with an American or British or Australian accent is a must. Hard to understand, hard to pronounce accent and words will not do ! Sorry !
- Systems: which CRM have u worked with ?".
- The minimum required experience is 3 years.
- Must be able to multi-task very easily and smoothly.
- Honesty, Transparency, and Hard work is key.
- Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
- Must be quick in execution.

We trust you have a laptop / desktop in your home work environment with a very steady internet connection.

This is Permanent job. If you are intending to do a short stint then kindly do not apply. There will be a minimum commitment period required with policies in place to achieve this. As we have private investor funding and government tie ups and strict compliances, continuity for teams working on specific projects is a must from a quality and project completion time frame.

**This is serious job not to be taken lightly because you work remotely.**

Remote does not mean remote island. You will be plugged into the system and must be reachable at all times during working hours.
