The Performance Manager is responsible for managing deliverables and performing key tasks associated with but not limited to Service Level Agreements (SLA), rebate and fee collections, quarterly survey setup processes, and business review administration. The Performance Manager is Client facing and must be able to provide customer obsessed support to Vendors and Vendor Managers, both in-person and virtually.
**What your day-to-day will look like**:
Lead Vendor Performance data collection and analysis to ensure alignment with Client objectives and goals
Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of program objectives
Develop and manage reports, templates and analysis consistent with company and Client branding requirements
Oversee and engages Vendors on open tasks and provide resolution in a timely manner
Ensure customer experience is at the forefront of every client interaction while still adhering to approved policies and procedures
Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies
**Required Skills and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2 - 5 years prior experience in supply chain, operations, project, program or change management
High level of critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to work autonomously
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook)
Experience working in CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
