This role will involve speaking directly with colleagues via a phoneline regarding their HR queries and providing end-to-end navigation support, advice and resolution in a timely manner. This role will also be responsible for ensuring effective triaging of more complex cases to the appropriate HR colleague whilst remaining the main point of contact for the line manager / line operator.The role will report in the Team Leader within the relevant regional delivery center.
