**People Services Specialist**:

**The role**:
**What you'll be doing**:
- Creating job offer letters, contracts, and other paperwork and process handling to ensure a professional and successful onboarding of new employees.
- Support all administrative tasks such as data audits to ensure compliant and accurate processing of employee information in the Global HR system.
- Processing leavers and employee life cycle changes in a timely manner, including issuing the relevant paperwork.
- Assist new employees and line managers with first-line queries regarding their new role within the business and set up and audit electronic personnel files.
- Working closely with the local payroll and reward teams to ensure all new starters, changes, and leavers are processed accurately and timely.
- Referencing new employees and providing written references for ex-employees per country requirements.
- Support the People Directors and HR generalist communities with queries on employee lifecycle and HRIS processes.
- Support with updating and maintaining global headcount data across all geographies.
- Provide administration support as and where needed for ongoing projects.
- Any other duties as assigned.
**What we are looking for**:
**Technical skills**:
- Must have Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Must be aware of the US HR administration process.
- Outstanding administration skills and strong attention to detail are mandatory.
- Experience working with the processing of US or Canada-based employees is a clear advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Outlook and Excel.
- Any HR tool exp is good to have.
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines across multiple time zones.
- The ability to with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work remotely; and closely with colleagues based globally.
