**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a frustration-free employee experience through operational excellence and timely inquiry management
- Operate as primary resource for employee requests through internal ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Support cross functional programs between operations, payroll and internal P&C teams, while creating opportunities to transform current processes
- Provide assistance in ad hoc reporting via Excel
- Act as primary point of contact and lead for offboarding employees
- Manage daily administration of employee data in our internal HRIS (SuccessFactors) and various support systems
- Provide local insight on policies, procedures, and best practices for LATAM and South America countries
- Assist with ad hoc projects and priorities as needed
**This role can be based remote anywhere in Costa Rica.**
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience working in human resources is required, preferably with a background in People Ops or HR technologies
- Experience in a fast-paced, high growth work environment is highly desired
- Experience supporting operational HR programs
- Experience supporting HR functions across multiple countries (US, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica)
- Experience with supporting employees through a ticketing software (ServiceNow, Jira, etc)
- Strong experience in Excel
- Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred
- A passion for organizational culture, design, the future of work and human-centric People approaches
- Experience working with and optimizing HR platforms/technologies
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, energetic and comfortable operating in a fluid environment
- Must exercise absolute discretion both inside and outside the company
