The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the research, analysis, and processing of various types of benefits information and data. This includes reconciling data between multiple vendors and systems, as well as processing benefit payments. The role also involves contributing to the management of vendor performance. The scope of benefits plans and programs under this purview includes health and welfare, retirement, defined benefit and defined contribution, tax-qualified and non-qualified, ERISA and non-ERISA, bargained and non-bargained plans, applicable to eligible domestic employees, international service associates, and specific groups of former employees.

**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to questions pertaining to benefit plans and programs from the employee service center, vendors, HR and management.
- Identify, classify, maintain and protect files, documentation and sensitive information consistent with record handling and retention requirements.
- Provide input on plan design based on experience in servicing escalations and inquiries. Assist with the implementation of plan changes.
- Identify process improvements and assist in implementing any process changes.
- Perform due diligence in order to identify opportunities or concerns with ongoing plan administration.
- Assist in completion of surveys.
- Provide feedback about vendor performance to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
- Case management, cases escalated from Tier 1 or received directly from **employees and SBPS.**
- Metrics, dashboards, status reporting, team meetings.
- Perform project work as assigned.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources (Benefits) in multinational companies, preferable in a shared service environment; or 3 years of experience working in a benefits environment for a third-party administrator.

**Functional Skills**:

- Benefits Administration - Understanding of the administration, record-keeping and operational aspects of multiple or single benefit plans. This includes the ability to interface with vendors, issue resolution, and educate vendors, plan changes and initiate appropriate communications.
- Financial Principles and Controls - Understanding financial aspects and controls of benefit plans and programs, specifically actuarial, underwriting, benefits accounting and Sox.
- Data Analysis - Knowledge of data analysis methods, which includes the ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends and implications to The Company.
