We're seeking a People & Culture Specialist who will play a critical role in promoting employee engagement, developing training programs, and enhancing our company's culture.
If you're an enthusiastic, people-oriented professional with experience in organizational development and training, we want you on our team!  QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.  5 years of experience in roles focused on organizational culture, employee engagement, and training development.  Oral and written English is required (B2+/C1).  This position is based in Costa Rica.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:  Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of organizational culture, employee engagement strategies, and learning & development methodologies in a technology company.  Engagement Skills: Ability to design and execute initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture (Recognition program, Culture activities and initiatives, Internal Communication) Training & Development: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing training programs.  Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.  Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain extraordinary relationships with employees at all levels, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:  Communication Management: Administer company communication channels to ensure effective information flow and employee engagement.  Climate Assessment: Coordinate the measurement of workplace climate across various locations, analyzing results and recommending improvements.  Regional Integration: Manage regional integration plans to foster a cohesive and inclusive environment.  Recognition Programs: Oversee regional recognition programs to celebrate and reward employee achievements.  Onboarding Program: Administer the onboarding program to ensure new hires are well-integrated and supported.  Learning Solutions: Design and deliver tailored learning solutions for different employee groups to support their development.  Talent Mapping: Design and execute talent mapping initiatives to identify and develop key talent within the organization.  Career Planning: Develop and implement career and succession plans to support employee growth and organizational continuity.  Reporting: Coordinate the presentation of key performance indicators and reports to support business decision-making.  WHAT WE OFFER:  Work from Anywhere  Flexible working schedule and environment   Medical Insurance  Personal and Professional Development Courses & Certifications  3 Sick Days per year  Paid Time Off  Birthday Off  Extra Days for Special Occasions  Team Building Meal Reimbursement  Monthly Recognitions  High Impact Committees  Work with a Certified Great place to work!!
