Job function summary
This position is responsible for the chemical supply systems operation and maintenance, responsible for the raw material handling to the process and execute all the procedure according to the solution preparation steps.
Primarily interfaces with maintenance of pumping systems, water purification processes and mixing processes.
Major areas of accountability
Chemical Supply
Execute the mixing process following a defined procedure.
Execution of daily tasks in water purification systems, purified water distribution, mixing process.
Reception, handling, and storage of raw materials
Preparation of raw material for the mix solution.
Filling process of the solution
Responsible for microbiological samples of water and wetting agent.
Run the maintenance routines
Exploring and solving technical problems together with suppliers, technical staff, engineers.
Compliance with occupational safety aspects in mixing production area and purified water area.
Mechanics
Interpret plans and identify the parts
Execute the update of obsolete parts of the mechanical elements under supervision
Identify the problems of in the pumping system and different units of water treatment.
Use the measuring equipment
Run maintenance routines

Essential qualifications
High School Diploma
Formal training Technician or diploma from a recognized education institution in electromechanics or industrial automation or industrial maintenance.
3 years or more of work experience in related positions
Experience in pumping systems.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Document Control (Veeva)
Experience with ERP systems (Enterprise One preferred)
Knowledge of materials, machines, tools, and production processes
Experience on industrial automated machine maintenance and setup
Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings (electrical, mechanical, P&ID)
Experience on regulated industries
Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and implement department procedures.
Must lead by example and demonstrate professionalism
Must set and follow through with behavioral expectations according to Coloplast values.
Able to share knowledge onto other team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications
**Minimum English Level**: A2+ (base on the scale of the Common European Framework).
Forklift driving skills and license.
Basics knowledge in chemistry, acids-base theory, pH measurement.
Basic knowledge in mixing process.
Basic knowledge in purified water treatment process.
