**ROLE SUMMARY**

The Sr.
Associate - Payroll is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of certain payroll activities and operations for Mexico.
This includes but not limited to processing the calculation and validation of terminations.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
In order of importance, indicate the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role.

- Receive the terminations and request to the managers any input that must be included in the termination transaction.
- Perform terminations calculation based in law and company policy.
- Strong control of all leavers to ensure inputs, calculation and termination kit is delivered on time.
- Proactive and analytical person able to find errors in numbers.
- Prepare and distribute required reports to stakeholders.
- Align key dates with stakeholders.
- Ensure to store all information in one drive for future audit processes.
- Work with vendor, where apply, to ensure deliverables are provided and received on time.
- Manage service now tool to guarantee assigned cases are respond on time.
- Respond to Tier 3 colleague inquiries as referred by the HR Service Center or colleagues.
- Provide ad hoc support to peers or Payroll Managers.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 3+ years' experience in payroll, accounting, or human resources.
- Knowledge/experience in termination calculation, depending on the country.
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Excel advanced
- Experience with **Workday **, or other common HCM, payroll and time/attendance systems preferred.
- Certified Payroll Professional, or similar professional designation preferred.
- Intermediate English desired (it is not mandatory)
