Key job responsibilities
- perform requirement gathering, analysis, data collection and prioritize user requirements and help the team translate them into technical design.
- drive requirement discussions with operations and other partner teams to map current state process and further dive deep into potential scenarios that may be encountered in production
- create and maintain software development artifacts such as requirements documentation, use cases, test cases, data flow diagrams, security certifications and internal documents
- document with an eye for detail that captures mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive information to represent business scenarios and test cases
- design future state process keeping end customer and work with stakeholders and product owners to identify success criteria
- plan and facilitate UAT and production-parallel stages to enable go-live
- establish a common understanding of the product/project status, risks, roadblocks and support required with all stakeholders
- work with all stakeholders to ensure implemented solutions meet agreed success criteria

About the team
Payroll Transformation team enables global Payroll operations, support teams and Payroll partner teams in delivering Perfect Pay experience to our customers (employees).
We have a team of Program Delivery experts, Project Managers, Change and Portfolio Managers, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, Business Analysts and Technology experts to enable our customers.
We ensure that our customer requests are addressed in time and right methods are used to deliver best in class technology enabled processes.
Our aim is to provide sustainable solutions that strengthen payroll growth and deliver a bar raising customer experience.
Finance Payroll or HRS background preferred, but not required - Advanced degree (technical MS or MCA), BCA.
- Process, manufacturing, or engineering background with an ability to understand process work flow and throughput through the operation ().
- Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Courageous and willing to stand up for their ideas within appropriate guidelines.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll industry.
(preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels in a matrix organization.
