**Global Paid Media Project Manager**
Employment Type: Temp FT Hourly; 6-month Contract
(Potential transition to permanent role; Pacific or Mountain Time Zones only)

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Project Manager with a track record of managing measurably effective and impactful B2B digital media campaigns.
You will be responsible for supporting global media campaigns end-to-end with a stakeholder landscape that is manageable but complex, making coordinating efforts at both the global and regional levels imperative.
This means a deep understanding and comfort working virtually and across time zones is a must.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Monitor list of projects and drive projects forward to completion
- Manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines concurrently
- Develop a detailed project plan and schedule and monitor and track progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Track deliverables status with stakeholders
- Proactively manage foreseen risk, identify alternate solutions and report issues and escalate to management as needed
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Track and communicate project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced, digital, or advertising agency environment.
Paid media PM experience is a big plus!
- English communication level C1 and above.
- Located in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones only
- Proactive, motivated, self-starter, and problem-solver.
- Detailed, organized, and skilled at managing up and managing expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience developing and continuously managing project plans and timelines.
- Flexibility to accommodate changing project priorities, stakeholders, and timing.
- Experience and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills; be able to work independently, multi-task, and consistently meet deadlines with a confident, positive attitude.
- Proven ability to communicate direction and requirements which mobilizes the team and stakeholders to meet clearly defined project goals.
- Experience working remotely.
