**Your role at Baxter**:
This individual will support the Baxter packaging engineering and label development teams by acting as a specification coordinator to develop, red-line and approve labeling material specifications to support the creation of new labeling or modifications to existing label copy.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Use the information associated with the LR (label request) to determine specifications are in scope of the request and nature of the labeling change to guide the material specification mark-up.
- When needed, gather inputs from various functional areas including packaging engineering and the manufacturing facilities to assist in the creation/mark-up of material specifications.
- For complex changes, leverage a specification template (provided by packaging engineering) to assist with the accurate technical information/changes required to accurately mark-up all of the labeling specs within the scope of the Label Request
- Approve the material specification red-lines and issue them into the TeamCenter United documentation system.
- Coordinate work activities with the labeling team to provide status updates and completion dates to align with program timelines.
- Create/write organization level training materials and/or job aides related to standard work processes and systems. Potential to mentor and train personnel.
- Build, develop, and provide input for process improvements and/or standard work.
**What you'll bring**:
- Bachelor's degree required and/or experience with documentation management/processing
- Experience with TCU or TrackWise software is a plus!
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with team members to acquire information relevant to support specification creation/red-lines.
- Possess the organizational skills to work on multiple assignments at one time.
- Attention to detail to ensure labeling material specifications are accurate prior to approval and issuance.
- Digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and document processing.
