This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.**Your role at Baxter**:This individual will support the Baxter packaging engineering and label development teams by acting as a specification coordinator to develop, red-line and approve labeling material specifications to support the creation of new labeling or modifications to existing label copy.**What you'll be doing**:- Use the information associated with the LR (label request) to determine specifications are in scope of the request and nature of the labeling change to guide the material specification mark-up.- When needed, gather inputs from various functional areas including packaging engineering and the manufacturing facilities to assist in the creation/mark-up of material specifications.- For complex changes, leverage a specification template (provided by packaging engineering) to assist with the accurate technical information/changes required to accurately mark-up all of the labeling specs within the scope of the Label Request- Approve the material specification red-lines and issue them into the TeamCenter United documentation system.- Coordinate work activities with the labeling team to provide status updates and completion dates to align with program timelines.- Create/write organization level training materials and/or job aides related to standard work processes and systems.
