**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Supports projects concerning the SAP FICO modules (accounts receivables accounts payables asset accounting general ledger Accounting and bank accounting) this includes to find solutions and support the project team to bring the solution into our target system.
Uses business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) for SAP.
Lead multiple sized projects as team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions.Experienced in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support, and ability to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
Working with the internal ticket system on change requests for configuration and development.
Ability to trouble shoot problems in existing implementations recommending and implementing solutions
Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint detailed design configuration testing and support.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Conducting Fit/Gap analysis and business /process modeling
- Gathering requirements from functional business owners
- Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices
- Configuring and testing the software
- Driving the development of functional and systems specifications
- Writing and maintaining necessary documentation
- Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members
- Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment
- Provide support to deployment as necessary
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Strong Financial configuration skills in SAP versions 4.6C and above.
Preferred applicants will be certified in version 4.6c or above.
- Experience with the integration points between FICO and other modules.
- Knowledge of "best practices" built into the SAP software.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance parameters would be an asset.
- Experience using the ASAP implementation methodology.
- Knowledge in Inventory Costing.
- Knowledge in Treasury Consultant.
- 3+ years SAP implementation project experience with FI and/or CO.
- Experience working in financial accounting, management accounting and / or financial performance management.
- Strong leadership qualifications and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident and credible working with VP level clients (senior positions).
- Manage and lead Finance Support Teams and Finance Project Teams.
- Provide status updates on operational activities, incidents, service requests and minor enhancements.
- Monitor and manage team activities and provide action plans.
- Perform problem management tasks and communicate escalation procedures.
- Create a sense of community among peers.
- Understand the existing skill set versus the client's requirements and develop a training strategy.
- Assist team members with highly complex and diversified issues.
- Contribute to the incremental revenue by identifying additional opportunities and assisting in proposal development.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience working with Sterling Order Management on Cloud (OM SaaS).
- Hands-on knowledge of microservices (Spring, Springboot).
- Hands-on experience with UI technologies; Angular JS, React JS, GraphQL.
