P2P Specialist (Procure to pay)

Our client, an important company of the entertainment sector located in Escazú requires a P2P Specialist (Procure to pay) will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of procuring to pay cycle from their holding and related companies. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid position.

Requeriments:

1. Proven Procure to Pay experience at least for 3 years.
2. Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field.
3. Strong understating of accounting principles and practices.
4. Proficiency in Excel and P2P Tools.
5. Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
6. Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
7. At least B2 on English.

Duties:

• Accounts Payable: processing invoices receive, verification, schedule and prepare payments, keep financial documentation, keep tracking of AP invoices statuses, reconcile accounts payable, reports and analysis, propose and establish procure due diligence.
• Account Reconciliation: obtain and process the proper documentation, account reconciliation, reconcile balance.
• Other Duties: Maintain accurate historical records. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Perform other related duties as required.
