P2P Analyst

Objective: Execute a timely delivery of AP processes and resolve operational issues for smooth processing of activities as well as ensure all invoice processing is completed in the agreed terms and conditions.
Responsibilities
Receive and verify the validity of invoices, ensure invoices are processed as per KPIs, within service levels and in compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls.
Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders/ vendors to develop a professional relationship.
Prepare analytic reports and/ or accounting schedules.
Identify repetitive issues or risks and propose on improvement opportunities for increased efficiency.
Address operational issues, vendor, or internal staff queries on invoices, and escalate to a supervisor when needed.
Requirements
Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
1 – 3 years of work experience in invoice processing or accounts payable.
Intermediate to advance excel Skills.
English B2+
Familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
Industry or shared services experience is an added advantage.
Strong team player.
