Outbound Phone Representative

OUTBOUND PHONE REPRESENTATIVE *NO PHONE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*
**THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO GROW WITHIN THE COMPANY**

Our company is looking to hire someone that is not afraid of being on the phones and talking to people.
Must have a positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Other requirements include:

- Great verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and team members
- Answer/return/follow up phone calls and respond to all leads generated in our system
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner
- Build rapport with potential clients
- Schedule appointments
- Use the CRM daily to update and stay on tasks
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Attend online business meetings and training as required
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING AND COMMUNICATION OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Pay is Salary + Commission
This is a started position with the possibility of growing within the company

Pay: From ¢350,000.00 per month
