**Main responsibilities**:
- Liaison with the North America Business Unit in the formulation of objectives and plans to support delivery of the KCP North America Business Plan.
- Lead the validation of membership data. Summarize statistics into meaningful reports for ongoing review by key leaders.
- Provide a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to assure sound analyses, recommendations, and actionable programs for the business unit.
- Create and monitor effective controls for all GPO membership activities.
- Participate in and/or manage proactive project efforts to identify actionable value creation and revenue programs that drive results for the business unit, tracking and reporting on results as delivered.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a customer-based approach to business support. Personally demonstrate Kimberly-Clark's leadership behaviors (build trust, make decisions, win consistently, think customer, continuously improve, build talent).
- Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.

**Experience and requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, or relevant experience.
- 3+ years of proven and progressive experience in related field.
- Advanced in English, including business writing, speaking and reading.
- Intermediate-advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience in SAP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player, able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively towards multiple deadlines/tasks.
- Ability and desire to influence and drive change.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively.
