The **Organizational Management Specialist** will maintain, audit, and monitor the organizational setup of Lonza in Workday and provide expertise around Organizational and Position Management to People Leaders, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and HR Centers of Expertise.
**Key responsibilities**:
- To provide timely consultation and accurate solutions for complex restructuring, and processing of mass data changes in Workday as required by the business. Support problem resolution by close collaboration with next-level support and/or experts.
- To provide full support for Lonza Leaders on their required Organizational Management (OM) tasks in Workday, and advice on troubleshooting tasks. Clarify instructions to specific Organizations/countries for all operational activities.
- To support projects connected to OM updates across the organization. Provide the organization support to HR Colleagues and act as Subject Matter Expert for OM processes.
- Actively engage with One HR and the HR Services team on creating and up keeping the Knowledge articles to encourage self-education. Accountable for updating SOPs and Work Instructions periodically.
**Key requirements**:
- Advanced Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English language, both written and verbal.
- A third language mastery is a plus, but not required for the role.
- Intermediate experience within HR shared services organization and Workday administration.
- Strong knowledge in Workday Organizational Management, such as positions, supervisory organizations, requisitions, and HR Shared Services support with contracting, onboarding, terminations, etc.
- Desired experience with Microsoft Office, Service Now, and Kronos.
