**About You**
Responsible by cluster or region in end-to-end OTC process, maintain and coordinate daily operations processes and new migrations or improvements in the region under scope. lead and coach, analyst, and active participation in performance review for all team members. attend escalation calls with customer or internal customers. Managed credit risk and order release. Meet the department's established goals and KPIs
**Who you are?**
- Degree in Accounting, Management or Finance.
- 8 years of experience working on OTC or related
- 2 years of experience leading people
- Experience working with DSO, Overdue, and provision KPIs
- Intermited - advanced English level
- Solid understanding of accounting and relevant controls framework, including CFIs
- Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence decision makers, build relationships, and offer business-relevant, pragmatic approaches.
- Strong organizational, project management and execution skills, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to dialogue, problem solve and interact effectively at all levels.
- Challenge the status quo and provide fact basis insights.
**What do you do?**
- Responsible of the main Collections KPI's, DSO, Short Payments, over 60 days and Cash Flow.
- Responsible for establishing goals, objectives, and measurements to achieve the corporate goals timely while operating within budget guidelines.
- Coaching/mentoring by supporting employee initiatives, career development, encouraging employee satisfaction, diversity and reward/recognition programs.
- Build business relationships with key partners and stakeholders with a focus on process maturity.
