**FUNCTION: DBS - GBS Finance**

**LOCATION: Heredia, Costa Rica**
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
**Reports to: Order to Cash Manager**
**Reporting Level: Mid-Senior Level**
**Geographic Scope: Latam South**
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Supervise and effectively lead all aspects of the operations and protocols of the Order to Cash team.
- Proactive Customer relationship building.
- Continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
- Ensure compliance with collections policies and procedures.
- Supervise and efficiently manage the processes and procedures of the Accounts Receivable team.
- Ensure the implementation of SOX controls to adhere to financial regulations.
- Conduct monthly, bi-monthly, and semi-annual reviews of credit limits following established policies.
- Coordinate closing routines and generate reports on Debtors and Top Offenders to evaluate team performance.

- Do you have previous experience working in a Shared Services industry or fast-paced Consumer Goods environment?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University degree in finance, business management accounting, finance, economic, engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years OTC processes experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+)
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft
- 2-3 years of Lead/Supervisor experience (People leadership skills).
- Strong communication and partnership skills.
- Excellent analytical capability with leadership skills.
**BENEFICIAL**
- Accounts receivable experience.
- Salesforce, SAP, BPC knowledge desirable.
- Good written and spoken Portuguese (desirable)
