**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of DBS Finance
The role is responsible for processing discounting payments for retailers contracted with Reynolds and their sales representatives.
Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products among others.
**Reports to**:Team Lead
**Reporting Level**:Non-management
**Geographic Scope**:USA
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Precise analysis of contracted accounts.
- Assist Trade Marketing Representatives with inquiries related to the contracted retailers.
- Align with the process important metrics.
- Process documentation.
- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
- Analyse and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine.
- Proactive and looking for possible improvements to make the processes simpler and faster.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- B2+ English Level.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
- At least 1 year of analyst experience or related.
- Experience in the finance area
- Well-developed prioritisation and time management skills whilst working under pressure.
- Interpersonal collaboration skills & effective communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
