The role is responsible for processing discounting payments for retailers contracted with Reynolds and their sales representatives. Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products among others.**Reports to**:Team Lead**Reporting Level**:No direct reports**Geographic Scope**:USA**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Precise analysis of contracted accounts.- Assist TMR's with inquiries related to the contracted retailers.- Comply with the process KPIs.- Process documentation.- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.- Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine.- Proactive and looking for possible improvements to make the processes simpler and faster.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Do you have B2+ English Level?- Do you have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs?- Are you detail - oriented?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- At least 2 year of analyst experience or related.- Experience working under pressure.- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.- Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.- Must be detail oriented.- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).- B2+ English Level.- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.**BENEFICIAL**- Sap Knowledge (not indispensable).- Salesforce Knowledge (not indispensable).- USA Visa is a plus (not indispensable).**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
