Support deployment of Corporate Supply Chain Systems, main responsibility for Oracle Supplier Data Management, Operational Support to Indirect Program, and Helpdesk Operations
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
Oracle Supplier Data Management
- Coordinate supplier research and set-up in Oracle.
- Work closely with Dun & Bradstreet on supplier research and mapping activities.
- Work with the Systems Team and Business Units in implementing projects and tasks.
- Take ownership and responsibility for projects, tasks, and deliverables.
- Update established process documentation for changes to supplier management activities.
Helpdesk Operations
- Provide first level of support on Corporate Supply Chain Systems Tools by assisting with Helpdesk support as needed for operational coverage.
- Maintain high degree of customer service.
- Take ownership of user queries and be proactive when dealing with user issues
- Raise complex inquiries to System Admin or 3rd party support.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Supply Chain related course
- At least 1 year customer service experience
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Business Analyst role
- Well-developed problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Above average analytical skills - Experience in understanding and interpreting requirements specifications.
- Supply Chain/Procurement knowledge is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Good data management skill
- Flexible, self-motivated
- Self-starter, motivated, and fast learner
- A solid great teammate and able to work with people from various levels of the organization.
- Schedule 11:00 AM - 8:PM Costa Rica Time
