Design and document the solution to address complex business problems by partnering with business users to identify opportunity for improvements in HR, Payroll, and Stock Admin, and ensure the release of high-quality solutions.Analyze functionalities and features released by Oracle and other industry trends by scanning industry and, HR trends for new capabilities, assessing fit-gap with respect to current solution, and determining the implementation roadmap.Design, deliver, and support solutions for HR, Payroll, Stock Admin business groups and translate solutions into functional and technical design documents, reviewing with stakeholders and seeking sign-off on solution.Identify alternatives of design to re-use existing components and design patterns, modularize the design structure, and make it configurable, extensible, and scalable.Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions by using Oracle Cloud technologies and solutions, assessing the impact to the existing solution, and align changes across all impacted modules.Implement data integration, web services, and Application Programming Interface(API) and write codes for business logic and algorithms for data validation, workflow, and data change.Conduct working sessions with the testing team to get the functionality tested and seek sign-off and identify any gaps by addressing the same.Provide continuous system support of the solutions and processes, complying with regulatory and changing control requirements and processes, prioritizing, assigning, and managing incidents.Collaborate with business leadership to identify opportunity to simplify or eliminate unnecessary steps from the current process and creating dashboards, charts, and reports to provide insight into key metrics.
