The job purpose is for tier 3 support of Emerson Automation Solutions Business Applications users global working in conjunction with offshore resources to identify and resolve issues raised to the Application Support Group.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- This position will be responsible for carrying out Production support for the Global Oracle ERP Instance for Emerson Automation Solutions. Requires expert skills in Troubleshooting, Problem resolution and Communication.
- Critical success factors include:
- Work with Oracle Technical Support on Service Request resolution.
- Provide guidance in data preparation and migration.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Student or BS with a technical background (MIS, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (both oral and written)
- Must be able to work at the office, 5 days a week (for 6 months)
- Must be able to work from 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
- Experience with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite in a Global Finance environment is a plus
