Ops Accounting Analyst 1 (C09) (Hybrid)

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet SLA's and expected response times as well as productivity goals.
- Manage complex escalations that required further investigation.
- Assigned workload when required.
- Monitor queues and provide "floor support" to all agents.
- Train new agents when required.
- Follow up with users in a timely manner and proactively.
**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Understanding of P2P, accounting or finance processes is desired.
- Operational experience in a shared services environment desired.
**Qualifications**:

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Good analytical skills in order to determine the best course of action when encountering a customer service issue.
- Very good organizational skills and prioritization.
- Ability to work as part of team with constant interaction and collaboration with peers.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Ability to interact with senior management to address and report on customer issues.
- (BS) or studies in progress preferred.
**Desirable**:

- Fluent portuguese
