**Job Description**:
This position will be supporting the Experian Consumer Services (ECS) - a passionate and innovative team with a mission to provide **Financial Power to All**.
Our portfolio offers credit education and identity protection solutions to consumers and helps businesses manage the impact of a data breach.
**What you'll be doing**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and execute on the communications to deliver the notification projects to support daily production
- Provides accurate and timely feedback to internal constituents regarding service failures, customer concerns, order statuses and/or work changes
- Identifies and communicates issues that could affect quality or impact service level agreements in proactive manner
- Assist in performing project set up to include communicating job schedule, print production and mailing specifications
- Set up pre-planning meetings as required for new/unique projects
- Communicates job expectations to vendors and internal clients, specifications and requirements, artwork / assets, project matrices, letter-shop instructions, Data Processing (DP) Instructions.
- Support the notification project planning process, cadence, governance, documentation, reporting and communication
- Project manage strategic initiatives and departmental communication
- Facilitate forums and check-adjust sessions with appropriate stakeholders to ensure accountability
**Qualifications**:
**What your background looks like**:
- Marketing communication operations experience preferred in these additional areas:
- Direct Mail, USPS and printing operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to execute all tasks with exceptional attention to detail
- Must have ability and desire to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and be able to handle several projects and tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrable ability to optimize, document, and implement process changes and improvements
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment #LI-REMOTE
