**Job Summary**

- Regularly monitor IT systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Detect and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of software, hardware, and network systems relevant to the organization's infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
