Join our global TUI Musement Business Services Team based in San Jose, Costa Rica as a Cashier Executive and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.

ABOUT THE JOB
Receive settlements. (money and documentation)
Review settlements (money and documentation)
Sales record
Review banks and verify that charges are applied
Creation of bank deposits through vouchers
Processing for credit card returns and support for cash returns
Ticket request to the supplier
Ticket entry to the system
Support the reps in case any of their devices fail or they need help from the office.
Request support from the bank regarding renewal procedures or inquiries from users of the virtual mipos
Daily closing of sales made through mipos.
Control of Dreams and Secretes bonds, generate report for collection of sales bonds
Collaborate in the office, print, or label an area.
Create newsletters for the GTE office.
Report creation according to your request
Patent Procedures
Request Proformas
Management support if requested
Accounting support if requested

ABOUT YOU
You have a methodical, organized approach towards the execution of assigned tasks
Have previous experience in administration, supplier and/or customer management
Demonstrable numeric skills and financial acumen
The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams & Outlook
Previous experience with ERP tool - SAP is advantageous
Be fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish. Additional languages advantageous
Customer Service internal and external.
Excellent communication Skills.
Fluent Verbal and written English, an extra European language would be advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure.
Exceptional time management skills.
Driving licence B-1 would be advantageous.
Flexibility to travel if required.
