**About the Role**
We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense.
In this role, you will coordinate our local operations and be a teammate in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies.
This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries.
We are currently operating in 11 Central America cities, and we have a lot of exciting projects going on!
This role calls for a combination of analytics and ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment.
**What You'll Do**
- Strategic Ownership: Help develop and implement strategy to achieve business priorities in Central America.
- Maintain productive working relationships with peers and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, communications, policy, and legal to implement initiatives
- Problem Solving: Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issues
**What You'll Need**
- 2 year of experience in operations, business consulting, strategic planning, innovation or similar analytical role
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation.
Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture
- Teamwork: Demonstrate humility, respect others, and work well in a team.
Ability to work with people from a diverse group of backgrounds and responsibilities.
Maintains balanced working relationships, even in disagreements
- Executional Excellence: Ability to work and accomplish multiple tasks in parallel, delivering results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Planning & Organization: Ability to build project plans with project stages, milestones, basic interdependencies, and owners
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with Google Sheets, SQL, python or similar analytical tools
- Knowledge of CRM and incentive campaigns
- Product Improvement: Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our marketplace, measure their impact, and help to implement them
