**Responsibilities**
- ** Operating Rhythm** : Help maintain the operating rhythm like the quarterly business review meetings and other similar forums. Provide operational help and support like sharing minutes and scheduled follow up's.
- ** Data Collation and Management**:Gather data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain and manage databases to support analytics and reporting needs.
- ** Dashboard Development**:Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide insights into operational metrics and performance indicators. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide actionable insights.
- ** Data Analysis**:Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Translate data findings into clear, understandable reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Process Improvement**:Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to operational processes. Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes and measure impact.
- ** Reporting**:Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, highlighting key operational metrics and insights for management review.
- ** Collaboration**:Work closely with ESS & regional stakeholders across the organization to understand their operational needs and deliver solutions that support business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, management, or a related field.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience of working in a multinational environment.
- Experience working in a dynamic technology company.
- Running of workshops and capturing outcomes.
- Management reporting and creating dashboards.
- Using collaboration technologies such as MS Teams, Confluence, Aha!, SharePoint and Mural.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with technology engineering, technology risk management or information security, an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, write communication drafts for product launches.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative approach and a strong team player.
- Familiarity with Experian's policies, standards and governance framework, an advantage.
- Familiarity with risk management and controls, an advantage.
