As a member of Mozarc's Supply Management Organization and As the Supply Planning Program Manager - Global Operations & Supply Chain Data, you will drive the Project Portfolio execution as well as lead Supply Project Management execution for key GO&SC Data programs that significantly advance the day-to-day transactions, intelligence, and decisions taken across the data ecosystem; has responsibility for the indirect governance to ensure Mozarc Supply Projects are aligned with policies and procedures for both Mozarc and Medtronic.

In leading the project management process, you will effectively prioritize, communicate, and report on the Supply Project opportunities and any Stage Gate planning required for key programs. Project Management responsibilities will be focused on the most critical programs requiring design, communication, and implementation of operational plans for completing a project as well as ownership during the full life cycle of a project through the process starting from Idea through Pre-Study, Development, Pilot, & Roll-Out.

As the Supply Planning Program Manager - you will be an individual contributor with significant responsibility to align resources, teams, and overall execution of your programs.

Your goals will also include delighting our key customer base with a focus on delivering a world-class data experience across the global operations and supply chain.

**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Controls the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information between point of origin through receipt at the manufacturing site, through to customer placement in order to meet customer or manufacturing requirements.
- Manage and improve the current Supply Planning process of key Contact Manufacturers including MPS, S&OE, Supplier Management and overall execution of plan.

- Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, and related functions.
- Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.
- Builds relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers through the resolution of delivery issues.
- Report progress and KPIs while escalating risks and issues for resolution.
- Grow and develop a knowledge base and experience in key business processes within Supply Chain.
- Facilitate Project Coordinators and Planners on key aspects of the Project Management and Stage-Gate processes.
- Integrates market intelligence from operating entities, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve competitive position.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or related.
- Preferer MBA or Master's Degree in Project Manager or Supply Chain Management or related.
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English or Advanced English - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders. (C1 Level).

- Experience in people management.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in people management.
- Demonstrated expertise supporting an Enterprise Data Management function that enabled tangible business outcome realization through leveraging data as a competitive asset.
- Domain expertise in one or more functional areas of GO&SC plus broader practical experience across multiple professional disciplines within the organization, combining theory, past practical experience, and the organization's business practices within the Enterprise Data Management domain.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to refine information and translate it into effective communication at multiple levels.
- Experience in product manufacturing-based industry.
- Experience in a large-scale, highly matrixed, global environment with multiple operating units managing both centrally to aligned common standards and locally when needed.
- Deep and broad experiences leading large and small projects in multiple functions.
