Are you an efficiency mastermind with a passion for scaling services and keeping teams aligned?
We're seeking a data-driven Operations Manager to streamline processes, optimize systems, and guide our projects to success.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Process Management: Ensure operational processes are effective and efficient.
Create and maintain SOPs to standardize workflows.
Team Coordination: Lead collaboration across the team, aligning everyone on goals, deadlines, and priorities.
Reporting & Analytics: Analyze monthly reports to find trends and growth opportunities, delivering weekly project updates and team insights.
Project Management: Keep projects on schedule and within budget, setting timelines for new initiatives and guiding weekly agenda check-ins.
Systems Oversight: Audit current systems, identify weak points, and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
Delegation: Strategically delegate tasks, supporting team operations and smooth task execution.
Webinar Support: Organize and execute webinar logistics, ensuring all resources and materials are set.
Proactive Problem Solving: Spot potential challenges early and implement solutions to maintain seamless operations.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Tech Expertise: Proficiency with Asana, GHL, and Circle is highly preferred.
Industry Know-How: Experience scaling online courses, certifications, or nutrition/fitness programs is required.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset, using data to optimize processes and make strategic decisions.
Collaborative Leadership: Ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively, keeping everyone aligned.
Proactive: Strong problem-solving skills, able to anticipate issues and stay ahead of potential roadblocks.
