If you thrive in an environment that offers both freedom and responsibility, and if you're passionate about making our team more efficient and effective, we want you on board!Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring activities, addressing issues, and optimizing processes for efficiency- Triage and orchestrate resources based on standard and improved processes to ensure they are utilized effectively and efficiently- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes, develop strategies for optimization, and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs- Monitor quality operational standards to ensure services meet customer expectations- Identify potential risks to operations and develop plans to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions- Develop and manage budgets for operational activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review- Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty- Foster open communication channels within the organization to facilitate coordination between departments and resolve conflicts effectively- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, learning, and adaptation to changing market conditions- Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively- Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets, track expenses, and forecast resource needs for upcoming projects- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital production, providing recommendations for adoption or integration as needed- Drive initiatives to enhance collaboration and communication across geographically dispersed teams, leveraging tools and platforms for remote working client satisfactionRequirements & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Digital, Advertising, Operations, Business Administration) required; Master's degree preferred- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in operations, with a focus on process improvement, KPIs tracking, production workflow, business improvement- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering production projects on time and within budget- Strong understanding of production processes, tools, and technologies- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
