**Typical Accountabilities**
- Act as Finance Data owner for all Operations Finance Processes and act as Operations lead into GDO and GSC&S Data Team
- Creation and ownership of the Operations Finance Data Strategy, working closely across both finance & non finance to ensure alignment of scope and goals
- Working closely with the Business Process Leads, identify and then drive Operations Finance Master Data improvements to enhance granularity / visibility and increase insight / analysis
- Provide expert advice, guidance and support on current and future use of master data to Finance leaders, including assessing and managing the overall impact of major change programmes on Operations data
- Lead Master Data Impact Assessment for Operation across Finance and non-Finance change projects
- Provide Ops Finance Data leadership at appropriate Data governance forums
- Champion best master data practices throughout the AZ Finance network leveraging expert knowledge in identifying best practice and new opportunities for simplification
- Developing networks outside of Operations (R2R, Group P&MR etc) to raise awareness of key Operations Master Data dependencies and feedback on future enterprise-wide proposals for change
- Support the wider MFH Team in improvement and transformation projects, Owning, driving and managing system changes including the coordination of key stakeholder groups and acting as the key link between the business and IT
**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
**Essential**
- Degree level qualification.
- Track record of delivering high levels of customer service and change initiatives to internal and external customers
- Experience of working with global processes, projects and systems to tight deadlines and service levels across different technology bases
- Experience working with a range of different customer groups across SET areas at senior levels
- Strategic thinker and planner - able to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions.
- Works effectively with others and contributes to an environment that promotes effective teamwork and strong collaboration.
- Specific Expert knowledge in Operations Finance and Non-Finance Master Data
- Advanced facilitation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
