Operations Data Analyst

Operationalizing revenue portion of VMC comp plans - Owner (SME) of multiple data sets (Territory/account mapping, SRDB, Callidus) o Manually managing multiple data sets to align territories o Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, and handle ETL efforts o Loading Callidus data for rep quota retirement and payment - Help BMS cadence on driving revenue performance o Revenue KPI performance and analysis o Rep/SA/Leadership attainment reporting (Automation) - Level 1 escalation point of contact for all inquiries from Sales, Finance and Operations leaders

**Requisitos**:

- 2+ years of experience working as a Operations Data Analyst or relevant experience in the area.
o Advanced English level.
o SRDB, Cadillus experience.
o Experience with ETL process.
