Position: Operations Coordinator Location: Remote Company: Curv Group Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Curv Group.
This role is integral in optimizing our supply chain processes, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless communication with suppliers.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the head of the department to support efficient operations across product launches, inventory management, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Processes : Create and manage efficient processes for inventory management and reordering using NetSuite.
Product Launch Management : Assist in managing timelines for product launches to ensure timely and smooth execution.
Optimize Freight Costs : Work on strategies to optimize freight costs between China, the US, and international fulfillment houses.
Supplier Communication : Maintain strong communication with existing suppliers to manage production, shipping, and quality.
Cost-Saving Initiatives : Recommend and assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives related to production, logistics, and product design.
New Product Input : Participate in providing input and recommendations on new product developments.
Purchase Order Management : Create and manage purchase orders while keeping the team updated on SKU shipment status.
Inventory Reporting : Maintain and distribute weekly inventory reports, including stock levels and open purchase orders.
Product Database Maintenance : Regularly update and maintain the product database to ensure accurate and current information.
Other Duties : Perform all additional tasks as instructed by the head of the department.
Qualifications: Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.
Required Experience: Experience in e-commerce companies before Experience with Profitable companies.

Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
