**Responsibilities**:
Naturally build relationships and understand the necessity of cultivating these relationships with AP Search Leads, Onboarding Team, and other supporting functions. Use knowledge of how and when to leverage relationships to solve problems and meet objectives.
- Work closely with IBM Legal, Export Regulations, etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 3 years experience in Recruitment/Human Resources
- At least 3 years experience with Applicant Tracking System/CRM/HRIS
- Fluency in English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 5 years experience in Recruitment/Human Resources
- At least 5 years experience with Applicant Tracking System/CRM/HRIS
