The position will work closely with cross-functional global and regional teams in dynamic working environment, aiming to deliver best in class solutions to our customers, agents and business partners.Role ResponsibilitiesSupports our operational intelligence, analytics & reporting function supporting various global operations functions.Supports operational readiness for digital payments operations, digital banking, digital & retail debt collections, among others.Ensure timely, accurate & complete reporting of operations performance, supports Monthly/Quarterly Business ReviewsHeavily involved in Continuous Improvement, Automation, Automation, process Optimization initiativesAbility to work in cross-functional and collaborative working environment globally.Role Requirements3+ years of financial industry experience, including any of the following: e-commerce, Payment Gateways, Acquirers, Processors and/or Associations.Bachelor's in Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Finance fieldsProven experience in analytics & reporting in regional or global environment.Proficient in the use of data Analysis, statistical & reporting tools like: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Phyton, R-Studio, Power Automate, Pointillist, Snowflake, JIRA, Scrum.Process Automation/Blue Prism, Agile and/or Machine Learning experience is highly desired.Desired with some previous experience on VISA/Master Card dispute resolution process. will also have access to short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few ().
