Global Reporting, Tools & Analytics (GRA) is part of the PBWM CAO organization, which supports Citi
Enterprise by creating and implementing methodologies to measure and escalate Operational Risk.

CAO is a First Line of Defense Control function that aids in the assessment of risk evaluation for Consumer
Banking.
The team develops and maintains reports and tools, and the team is responsible for leading
transformational Control projects and automation efforts across Global Consumer Banking.
The individual in this role will report to the Vice President managing both AML/KYC reporting projects and focusing in on efforts that will enhance firm's ability to proactively measure and manage Operational Risk.
This role requires the building, maintenance and the sustainability of these reporting activities related to PBWM and Legacy Franchise, ICRM / Compliance driven AML / KYC projects, consent orders, and directives.
**Key Responsibility Overview**:
This person will be responsible for both BAU and new reporting development supporting AML / KYC projects as well as maintenance and enhancements for the Global Metrics SharePoint site.
This role requires an individual with a strong proficiency with MS products, data modeling/validation, and strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Beyond technical skills and ability, this role also requires strong organizational skills, attention to details and a global mindset for interacting with our colleagues and partner throughout many regions and time zones.
The metrics developed here will be used across all levels of business management for purposes of governance, performance improvement and to identify potential re-engineering and process change initiatives.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Global Consumer AML/KYC metrics at a global, regional, and country level supporting various initiatives and teams (GCB Global PMO, Compliance - Program Enhancements, NAM etc.)
- Support metric initiatives through analysis, review, creation and reporting in fulfillment of the requirements (e.g., build/maintain data collection forms in SharePoint)
- Manage Data Upload / Download processes used to create scorecard and reports
- Perform Data Reconciliations and validation at all potential pain points
- Help identify significant variances for escalation through analysis and trending reporting
- Ensure alignment and consistency of reporting across regions
- Identify opportunities to clarify, streamline and reduce reporting
- Ideal opportunity to develop a broad understanding of a global function as well as exposure to global, senior leadership, and management decisions relevant to AML / KYC.
**Job Skills/Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Proactive & organized, strong time management skills
- Detail oriented and able to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to understand and coordinate reporting from multiple dashboards / sources that allows to increased understanding of results with trends supporting increased control in Operational Risk
- Ability to understand and translate technical information into user friendly terms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
- Strong Understanding of Data Modeling and working experience in QlikView and Tableau
- Ability to take raw data, translate it into meaningful information and present it clearly
- Ability to provide analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and problems to be used towards solutions and insights

- Fluent in English with demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
