Introduction
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for working with testing leads, architects, and other stakeholders to execute functional and performance testing.
- Develop optimized test scenarios, document detailed test scripting, identify opportunities for test optimization, and document test requirements.
- Responsible for continuously reporting testing status, perform defect ticket tracking, and analyze test outcomes for improvement.
- Involved in providing support within their squad throughout development and QA practices, providing clarifications and advice on development, defects, risks.
- This individual has excellent organizational and communication skills, is detail-oriented, and can multi-task and manage time well.
- Performs other duties as needed to support the complete life cycle of the HRIS Project.
- Manages other special projects as assigned.
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum of 2 years in HRIS systems and HR Operations
- Experience in core system testing, including end to end across
- Experience in OpenText xECM and Paradox
- Experience in OpenText environment and Records Management functionalities.
- At least one complete life cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation
- Overall knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC/HCM, Onboarding, and Reporting Modules
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The Test Specialist develops and executes high volume testing efforts within the OpenText and SAP Success Factors environment; specifically supporting OpenText testing for documents required by HR modules such as Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Time & Absence. Working within their squad, they perform a hands-on role in timely test activity execution and documentation.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in at least one complete life cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation
- Overall knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC/HCM, Onboarding, Compensation, Time and Absence and Reporting Modules
