Join Western Union as an Officer I, AML Compliance (US/Intl).**Western Union powers your pursuit.**Provides support to Western Union and its affiliates to prevent Western Union's services from being used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, and the financing of terrorist activity, by initiating, reviewing, and decisioning Suspensions, Terminations and Reactivation requests of identified non-compliant Agents located in North America. Works closely with leadership in decision making and problem-solving sessions. Participate in special projects, supporting internal and external audits as required.**Role Responsibilities**- Performs Suspensions, Terminations, and Reactivations (STR) of non-compliant Agents located in North America, by reviewing and analyzing requests from different Compliance departments.- Verifies that all necessary requirements and documents are submitted for each suspension, termination, or reactivation request.- Collaborates with requestors to gather additional information or clarification when needed.- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, providing updates on the status of STR requests.- Special Projects.- External/Internal Audits* if business needs.**Role Requirements**- 1 year of experience in the compliance-related field.- Bachelor's degree preference in Business Administration, Finance or related at least 4 years university education preferred.- Must be fluent advanced in English (B2+) and Spanish.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (advanced oral and written).- Advanced computing skills with all common Office programs such as: MS Excel, Word, Outlook (but not limited to).- Customer oriented approach and proactiveness.- Strong Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.- Time Management.- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and ability to focus.- Process improvement.- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm / Saturday and Sundays: off**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
