Overview:
**The Opportunity**:
As the Office Assistant you will help the Office Manager with the daily operating and administrative requirements for our team.
You will be the representative of our firm and will be depended upon to greet, communicate and assist with visitors and vendors.
This is an opportunity to work in a highly visible role to directly support multiple levels of employees by ensuring their daily needs are met and by finding areas to improve office functionality.
You will report directly to the Associate Vice President for Private Client Initiatives who will aid in your training and career development.
**The Day-to-Day**:
- You will schedule/coordinate meeting spaces and maintain office calendars- Greet visitors and make sure they are comfortable- Answer and assess incoming phone calls to route to the appropriate party- You will provide a variety of administrative tasks to support multiple departments- Participate in team goals and work with small teams on different projects- Coordinate repairs and partner with building management- Maintain awareness of vendors or non-client persons in office area

**Your Qualifications**:
- 1+ year experience office management/reception experience- Fluent in Spanish and English- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook- Strong orientation towards client service
