**Your Role and Responsibilities**
This role gives you the opportunity to:
- Play a critical role in the integration of new products and services into the Security Services Platform.
- Shape the delivery and support model for new products, including, but not limited to, advising on health and availability monitoring, technical management methodologies, and coordinating with 3rd party vendors on product enhancements and features.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, build, troubleshoot, and maintain lab environments
- Consult on the technical design of services
- Identify technology risks and limitations
- Create documentation for Service Delivery teams to utilize while supporting the service
- Provide guidance and direction to developers on product specific items
- Act as the technical liaison with vendor technical support
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**:
- 2 years experience networking and systems
- 2 years experience in technology integration and identifying risks technology.
2 years experience in design, build, troubleshooting and maintenance of all lab environments necessary to enable new services.
- Basic Experience creating documentation for Service Delivery teams.
- Ability to learn administration and technical support aspects of Cyber Security products,
- Understanding of managed security services, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
- Excited to work with new technologies across a wide array of security offerings including, but not limited to cloud, network protection, data & analytics, and endpoint
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**:
- Experience in Systems Administration
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows/Linux environments
- Familiarity with agile practices
